Very yummy Rocky Road

With all the presents for the baby, I thought my bigger sweeties would enjoy a treat. Some yummy rocky road

It's super easy to make. Chop up half a bag of marshmallows, half a bag of Lolly raspberries and a box of Oreo cookies. Melt a block of chocolate and mix all together then pop into the fridge

It doesnt take long to make but even less time to eat it tastes so good!

Sewing up a storm

This late in pregnancy I have become a bit of a house hermit! Though this has left me time for more sewing and I have found it really relaxing. I have made a few colour on the go's for gifts and a few doorstops and cushions. I was quite impressed with my cushion making. My friend asked if I could recover some cushions that were falling apart and I really took my time and carefully measured up and cut out. I was extremely proud at the finish and the way I had worked out how to copy them.

I have also been increasing my fabric stash lately (naughty) and I found these fabrics I could n't go home without.

But I have just been staring at them longing to make something but not wanting to cut it up!! Silly really. Though I cant make up my mind... maybe a bag or an apron or even a lap quilt, Oh my! the decisions!

Another craft adventure I am on is making a quiet book for my niece. I have been wanting to do this for awhile and after looking at some other very inspiring blogs have started  creating one.
It feels like I planned for ages, maybe procrastinating my start. But I finally found a great tutorial here to get me started.

Im also loving making softies, and this is my latest...
Beetle Bug

Next is Henny house!

Candy apple day

I'm still Pregnant!!! 39+ weeks and we are all on edge hoping it happens any day. I was feeling down and over it but since the holidays have pepped up abit, thankfully.

We have been enjoying the holidays alot. A few days have been spent in our pjs! A few playdates, bowling, the movies and

The other day we had our friend Olivia over and thought it would be fun to make candy apples. They look so pretty, ruby red. They also tasted good and kept little people busy for the afternoon!

I have also been playing with my new Iphone! Such a lucky girl to receive a new Iphone, just out of the blue. Im still getting used to it but have checked out a few aps (games mostly! haha) but really I haven't even scratched the surface.
I got a camera ap where it has funny backgrounds

The only pain is keeping the kids away from it!
